How to Return

1. Email us at jacompany2526@gmail.com (or use the Contact form) with your order number and reason for return.  
2. We’ll reply within 24 hours with a free return shipping label (U.S. customers only).  
3. Pack the items securely in the original box if possible and drop off at any USPS location.  
4. As soon as we receive it, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method (usually 3–5 business days).

 

Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.  
- Products can be opened and gently used — we know kids want to try it!  
- All included parts and pieces should be returned (or the refund will be reduced by the missing items’ value).  
- Digital downloads, gift cards, and clearance items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

 

Damaged or defective items  
If anything arrives damaged or doesn’t work, contact us within 7 days and we’ll send a free replacement or full refund — no return needed in most cases.
